Luke goes over one of his favorite pieces of gear; the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XTherm Sleeping Pad

Winter time is upon us and today I’m going to be sharing with you all one of my favorite pieces of gear.

Now if you want the full…

  1. When I bought mine it was almost $300!!!

  2. I have used this pad all the time, never has let me down. I always get a good nights rest. Keeps me warm and cushioned even as a side sleeper. Only complaint is that my legs tend to hang off the sides of the mummy profile, but it’s ok.

  3. fucking $350 on amazon right now ……. really wish i could find a good pad less then fucking $200 🙁 new camper and reallyhting about giving up .

  4. That is funny that Suzie steals that pad from you! Here in CO the Wolfpack is growing. By that I mean the people who howl at 8 pm to show their support to first responders.

  5. It looks for me a sponsored review…..

  6. Thermarest good pads.. Also liking exped pads lately

  7. What coat are you wearing? Very nice

  8. why do people always say this is smaller than a nalgene? i have NEVER seen such a big nalgene bottle ffs

  9. You didn’t say what size you used

  10. How come everything you've been using for years looks brand new? Every time?

  11. Luke , Can you do an updated UL air pad review? Im looking for a good solid piece of kit that UL and will be pairing it with a Quilt so needs a good R rateing…

  12. bro you were probably dreaming about the price … in australia its about 300 USD, thats crazy expensive

  13. Is it wise for someone to buy taller Mattress? I am 185 cm tall and i have no experience ever with such a product. Is better choice the Regular size (183cm) you think from experience? Thank you

  14. Super, but hardcore expensive…:O This is crazy…

  15. Do you feel the ground sitting on the pad?

  16. just to make sure – you used this particular pad over 100 times or did you replace it a few times with the same model?

  17. dude you ruined the market. Price now is well over 200 bucks 😂😂😂

  18. Thermarest makes great stuff. I've had mine for probably twenty years. Just used it on a backyard campout a couple nights ago .. worked great! Just like the day I bought it. Thanks for sharing!

  19. I have this sleeping pad!

  20. I never even thought of noise as a potential problem with outdoors sleeping gear. If that keeps you up nights, you are likely to have a hard time with just nature on it's own I suspect. Well you learn new stuff all the time I guess. Still – personal dysfunction due to noisy sleeping pad, seems rather exotic to me …

  21. The Outdoor Gear Review : Hello Luke ! Thanks for your testimonial on your favourite sleeping pad the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XTherm Sleeping Pad ! This review is impressive due to the amount of times you state , that you have enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep ! The durability of a product is always determined over a period of times used , and judging by the condition of your pad its provided you excellent value , for the amount paid [ $150 ] of one hundred and fifty dollars ! This in turn works out to about $1.50/day for the 100 times you have personally used this sleeping pad !!! Thanks S.S.S./*Tom

  22. I use one, excellent kit

  23. This dude kit is probably around 10 Gs. How about some budget stuff.
